Charlotte graduated from Hairstylist Academy in Winston-Salem, NC. She has been a cosmelogist in East Bend, NC for 17 years. She was a booth renter at Crossroads Hair Studio before she decided to co-open New Creation Hair Salon with her daughter. Charlotte does hair care, chemicals and skin care.

Twinkle graduated from Surry Community College's Cosmetology Department in April 2011. She started at Crossroads Hair Studio right out of school, and then decided to open New Creation Hair Salon with her mom. Besides hair care and chemicals, she also does skin and nail care.
